For Schools

You want your students genuinely prepared for an uncertain world.

So do we.

Wonder works with schools to build the critical economic literacy that current curricula are missing — through rigorous, research-based programs that your teachers and students will not encounter anywhere else.

The Gap

Something has gone wrong — and most of us can feel it.

School curricula, wellbeing programs, and global citizenship frameworks address important things. But they largely leave intact the deeper economic assumptions driving student anxiety, eroding teacher joy, and creating the gap between what schools say they value and how they actually operate.

When the stories running a school become invisible, the school can no longer choose differently.

Wonder’s programs don’t prescribe a new ideology. They restore something more fundamental: the capacity to see, to question, and to re-member what education is actually for.

Our Programs

Every Wonder program is built to do three things.

See

Recover sight of the economic stories running your school — the ones so familiar they have become invisible.

Question

Examine honestly what those stories cost — in student wellbeing, in your own joy as an educator, and in your school's ability to live its values.

Re-member

Reconnect what competition has pulled apart — students from curiosity, teachers from vocation, schools from their own mission.

The Rich Feast

The most powerful thing a teacher can bring into a classroom is something they’ve experienced themselves.

The DISRUPT framework then guides the debrief: naming what was felt, questioning why it exists, asking what it demands of the classroom. Teachers wrestle with complex and controversial issues together which allows them to bring these same frameworks and sensitivities into classrooms.

An amazing learning experience — rich, insightful, reflective. A reminder of who we are and the power we hold.

Mission: Impossible in the Matrix (M:iiM)

Seeing the problem is not enough. Students need to question it — rigorously, collaboratively, with real stakes. In this 6-day immersive research-prototype camp, students work alongside field experts to investigate a real glocal issue in their own community.

Not a case study. A genuine multi-stakeholder problem requiring complex competencies and critical economic literacy to decode reality — and imagination to prototype new possibilities. Real research. Real stakes. Real change. Real people.

The Wholeness Audit

Where your mission meets Monday morning.

Most schools have a mission and vision worth believing in. And a daily reality that quietly contradicts it. This friction shows up in the teacher who came into education with a sense of calling and now feels like a delivery mechanism. In the student whose natural curiosity has curdled into grade anxiety. In the leader who genuinely cares about wellbeing but hasn’t touched the assessment culture producing the burnout.

The Wholeness Audit names this gap — and begins to close it. Working with your leadership team, Wonder facilitates a structured examination of the distance between your school’s stated values and its actual operating logic: timetabling, assessment culture, reward structures, staff professional culture, parent communications, curriculum design.

Discovery — We map your school’s stated mission, values, and vision against its actual lived experience: structures, policies, and cultural practices.

Diagnosis — We identify the friction points: where the operating logic contradicts the stated values. The epistemic gap made visible.

Design — We co-design a coherence pathway — specific, achievable, built from your own values and your own community.

DISRUPT — Equip your educators first.

Every Wonder program is most powerful when your teachers have already done this work themselves. DISRUPT is an 8-week online cohort that takes educators through their own See–Question–Re-member journey: recovering critical economic literacy, applying the DISRUPT thinking routine, and reconnecting with the vocation that brought them into teaching.

I highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to gain awareness about the subtle and often invisible dynamics that shape our reality and who wants to drive meaningful action to secure a better future
